HELLO..You got crime everywhere. City needs to concentrate more on downtown projects.Put up more Hotels,Offices,Shops,etc.While other cities are booming successfully,Sleepy town,raleigh lags in development,and entertainment.What is the fear? What are you waiting for? Are you waiting for the economy to improve in order for development to take effect. Well,Good luck,You'll need it.
